The Voice of Leadership is a consultancy in Copenhagen specializing in leadership and employee development.

My name is Cecillie Aclon, and after many years of experience as a consultant and business actor, I have seen how much of a difference the voice and body make in all communication. It's not only about what we say – but how we say it.

I offer professional voice coaching for leaders, teachers, salespeople, speakers, and others who use their voice as part of their professional work.

I teach both 1:1 and in groups, depending on your needs. The training is based on concrete situations such as giving feedback, difficult conversations, presentations, and client meetings – where presence, authority, and a sense of safety must go hand in hand.

I have also worked intensively with conflict management and have specialized in how the voice can be used as a tool to create calm, balance, and credibility in pressured conversations.

After several years working with presentation techniques, sales, and communication, I have learned that having a PowerPoint presentation is not enough. Your voice and body language must be activated if you want to create genuine connection and deliver a result that is felt – not just understood.
