Voice Coaching for Leaders

As a leader, it is especially important to know your voice – not just how it sounds, but how it impact others.

Your voice is a leadership tool. It reflects who you are and how you show up in the room. It can support your leadership and make it even stronger – clearer, more credible, and more sustainable.

Today's leaders face high expectations. You need to be accessible, authentic, modern, adaptable, and personal in your communication. It is no longer enough just to lead – it must come from a genuine place, a physical place, a place where we feel your words resonate. When you speak as a leader, we need to sense that it resonates within you first, then it will move us.

Voice coaching helps you find that exact balance: between strength and presence, between authority and warmth. It's not just about "sounding good," but about speaking with impact – and being able to stand strong in your voice, even when situations are challenging.

Delivering a presentation to your team is one thing – but how does your voice sound under pressure or in conflict? When giving feedback? When setting clear boundaries? Or when facing a storm yet needing to convey calm?

This is where my work begins:
I specialize in the voice in precisely these situations: feedback, conflict, change, vulnerability, and leadership under pressure. I prepare you to be fully present in your voice – even when you are emotionally affected. We work on breathing, grounding, resonance, articulation, and, above all, awareness. You will learn to use your voice strategically – without losing authenticity.

With voice coaching, you will achieve:

  • Greater impact and natural authority

  • A voice that lasts – even through long days

  • A clearer, more articulate, and professional communication style

  • More inner calm and composure in your expression – even under increasing pressure

  • A stronger harmony between your words and your true self

  • A voice that inspires trust, motivates others, and encourages followership

When your voice is grounded in your body and breath, it is not just heard – it is felt.

The Voice in Sales

In a time where products and services often look alike, the person behind the sale becomes a crucial differentiator. Both the voice and body language play a central role in building trust, engagement, and results – and this is felt directly on the bottom line.

1. The Importance of the Voice in Sales

The voice carries not only words – it carries emotion, authority, and credibility. A voice that is calm, clear, and engaged creates:

  • Trust: A warm and credible voice makes the customer feel at ease.

  • Professional authority: A well-modulated voice signals competence and confidence.

  • Engagement: Changing your tone and pace grabs and keeps your audience's attention.

My experience is that the voice has a far greater impact on sales than we might realize. It's not just the product the customer is buying – they are buying you. You are the ambassador of your product. Your voice and body are the first and strongest expression of what you represent. That's why we must, of course, use them consciously and constructively.

2. Body Language – the Unspoken Element That Sells

The body speaks long before words do. Open, present body language creates:

  • Safety and connection: The client feels that you are present and genuinely interested.
  • Confidence: A calm and natural presence conveys credibility.
  • Authenticity: When your body language aligns with your words, you come across as genuine – and that positively reflects on your product.

In my view, successful and productive client meetings are first and foremost about trust, active listening, and self-awareness. Everything the client says – and does – matters. But equally important is your own awareness of what you do. Everything in the room has an impact. Your presence, your movements, and your voice all influence the client's experience – and ultimately, the outcome of the sale.

3. From personal awareness to business value

When sales professionals learn to work consciously with their voice and body:

  • The conversion rate increases because clients feel safe and heard..

  • Relationships will get stronger, which leads to long-term collaborations.

  • The sales cycle is shortened as trust is built faster and more effectively.

Sales isn't about pressuring anyone – it's about building genuine connections. By engaging with customers authentically and attentively, we ensure they feel understood, not manipulated. That's why mastering the ability to turn nervousness into calm and presence is essential, allowing us to interact with confidence, professionalism, and sincerity.

Talks - Workshops

The Voice

In this engaging talk about the voice, we dive into its anatomy, breath, and how it truly works – we will also explore the voice on a deeper, symbolic level.

You'll discover how using – or not using – your voice can profoundly impact your life. Through interactive exercises, you'll gain a richer understanding of the voice as a phenomenon and develop a stronger awareness of your own. Along the way, we'll laugh together and experience the powerful effect of voice vibrations – both when they touch us and when we send them out into the world.

The Natural Breath

Breathing should be the most natural thing in the world – yet in a demanding daily life, natural and free breathing often struggles to thrive. In this workshop, we explore different types of breathing and their effects on body and mind. We delve into the anatomical background, gain insight into how breathing influences us, and learn to understand ourselves and our bodies on a deeper level.

Mastering Conflict Through Your Voice

Conflicts can arise on many levels, and it's often easy to climb up the conflict ladder – but much harder to come back down.

In this workshop, we explore the nature of conflict and our own reactions, including the fight-or-flight response. We learn about the amygdala and how fear and panic influence our behavior.

We work with active listening, assertive communication, as well as verbal and non-verbal communication. Additionally, we examine how the voice can be used in difficult situations – and whether it can still be an effective tool even when it trembles or cracks. The answer is YES.

By gaining control over your nervous system, your breath, and your voice, you can face even the most challenging situations with greater calm and composure.

The Personal Leadership

Personal leadership is the art of leading yourself.

What is our relationship with ourselves, really? Can we even expect others to follow our lead if we cannot lead ourselves? Healthy and sustainable personal leadership is grounded in self-worth, self-respect, and self-love – values we often give to others but rarely extend to ourselves.

Your thoughts shape your feelings, which in turn influence your actions and words. That's why it's essential to become aware of what we fill ourselves with and what we carry within.

In this workshop, we work in circles, write, and share our reflections. Inspired by the Medicine Wheel, the workshop offers you the opportunity to explore your personal leadership on a deeper level.
